Information

The ESL Pro League is ESL's premier league for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. The best teams in the world compete over a season spanning across 10 weeks, culminating in an offline finals held at a stadium in front of a live audience.

Format

Group stage 1:

Four round robin groups of four teams each. All matches are Best-of-Three. The winners of each group advance directly to the Season 9 finals. The 2nd and 3rd placed teams advance to the second round of the group stage, and the 4th placed teams are sent to pre-relegation.

Group stage 2:

Teams are re-seeded into two round robin groups of four teams each. All matches are Best-of-Three. The 1st and 2nd placed teams advance to the Season 9 finals.
