In group A the Finnish giants in Conquer Gaming continued their winning streak, defeating Vikings with 2-0 and securing a spot in the semifinals. The battle for the remaining two playoff spots proved to be much more dramatic.

Because of the Vikings loss and Goodfellas’ default win over Glaani there were three teams ending the group stage on 6 points. After applying the tiebreaker rule, were map score proved to be the decider, Goodfellas and Vikings managed to edge past Lemondogs and secure the remaining spots in the playoffs.

The storyline of group B is very similar to the one in group A. The Danish side Hvor Er du Bro? have been unstoppable in the group stage and racked up their fourth win this week when they defeated Enhanced Esports Club with a 2-1 score, securing the group’s semifinal spot.

Despite losing their first match in the group stage, the reigning champions Lilmix secured a spot in the playoffs again by defeating Enhanced Esports Club and winning the Swedish derby versus Kirikou.

Even though Enhanced lost their two finishing matches in the group stage, the Finns climbed onto the third place in the group thanks to their win against Kirikou and are therefore also through to the playoffs.
