Faction Change canceled?! wut

Tjo buske, kvinna, blåbär!
Idag skulle jag byta faction på min rogg. Allt gick bra och jag kom till den här "Successfull"-sidan.
Jag går sedan in på min mail, där jag har fått en mail från Blizzard:
Hello XXXXX,
The faction change listed below has been canceled as of 15 February, 2011.
The character listed is immediately available for play on the character's original realm, faction and account XXXXXXXXXXXX@HOTMAIL.COM - XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
- XXXXXXXXXXX - Level XX Night Elf Rogue, on XXXXXXX
Your credit card will not be charged for this faction change. If you would like to set up another faction change for this character or any others, we welcome you to do so by signing into your Account Management page and clicking the "Faction Change" button:

Kan ju även tillägga att jag har själva status-sidan uppe, där står det: "These faction changes are currently being processed"
