Mitt wow acc hade blivit hackat och när jag tog tillbakade accet så "drog" han tillbaka sin betalning. Och sen så har jag snackat lite med supporten och nu har jag fått detta mail :

Thank you for your email. We accept the reason for the charged back payment and hope you will insure that this does not happen again. As previously stated, any additional charged back payment could lead to further actions against the account.

To unlock the account, you need to access the account management page, http://www.wow-europe.com/acco unt and then set up a new subscription for the same length as your previous subscription. Please note that once the chargeback has been reimbursed, your account will become active within 24 hours.

Please note that all transactions are in the responsibility of the account holder and that having other people add payments to the account does not absolve the Terms of Payment.

Currently, the only payment method available to reimburse a charged back payment is with credit cards. Pre-paid game cards cannot be used.

Please note that due to the costs incurred by this charged back payment, we will not be able to refund any time that may have been lost due the account being locked.
