Körde RaF blev disabled.

Hej!
I förrgår tänkte jag dra upp några gubbar genom RaF och jag upgraderade även trial accet, fick då detta mailet:
"Greetings,
This notice is being sent to inform you that we are currently processing the recently purchased electronic upgrade for your World of Warcraft account ******. This process may take up to 72 hours before your account is fully upgrade"
Visst tänkte jag och fortsatte att spela tills jag fick detta:
"Greetings,
This notice is being sent to inform you that we are unable to successfully process the recently requested electronic upgrade for World of Warcraft account *******. As such, this account has been set to the account type which it was at before the electronic upgrade and no charges have been processed for this. In addition, in order to protect the security of both this World of Warcraft account and your payment method we have disabled access to this account to prevent potential abuse."
Nu vart mitt account disablat, och jag kan inte göra ett skit. Det ser ut så här när jag loggar in på Trial accet:

Har kontaktat Blizzard, men dom är sjukhelvetes sega. Någon som vart med om liknande? och isåfall hur gjorde ni för att få igång det?
