Problem med Free Trial.

Tjena, gav min polare en tio dagars trial, han köpte TBC till accountet och allt såntdär, han har gametime tills 19 maj. men det är fortfarande ett trial account.
Han kan göra Draenei och Bloof elfs.. vad är felet? :S
