hjälp med cs server portar *D-link 524

Hi guys. I have a problem with my dlink 524. When im open my ports to counterstrike 1.6.
I have open port 27015 and also try DMZ in the router. But nothing work. I use PortChecker and it says that the port is open.I have try dedicated server and new game server. I have write sv_lan 0 in console. AND i have fix my tcp/ip thing. So now its gonna work ? what my problem none of my friends can join. PLEASE HELP ME =)
