Steam just released a small new update with some various fixes. One of the better ones lately is that they have fixed the flashbang-bug, which means that they will not cancel out other flashbangs. They have also added a solid radar option, which might be used by some people.
Here's the list of updates 28th April:
All Steam Games
Improved game demo recording performance under Steam
Counter-Strike
Added solid radar option
Various other improvements
Improved flashbangs (will not cancel out other flashbangs)
Updated German localized files
Hmm ok now I have actually tried it out myself, so I'll add a list of things I noticed that they have changed.
Changed the headshot symbol (Added a skull after the gun)
Improved the overall brightness
Added a delay when you fastswitch with the AWP (You don't earn any time now on it)
Improved the AWP crosshair (1.5 style)
Added a box to bombsite B on de_cbble
Added signs for the bombsigns on de_cbble
Some other small changes / boxes added on de_cbble
Rounded off the scoreboard
Added some flashy things to the welcome message
Made the box on the yard on de_nuke un-destroyable
640x480-sized crosshair in all resolutions
That's all changes I've noticed so far, which was quite many, quite unexpected.
