Okay, I have found the issue. The recent update changed from using WM_MOUSEMOVE to RawInput() for mouse input. Raw input provides a lower latency stream of mouse data BUT it doesn't apply the usual windows acceleration profile to movement.

The next update will add a new "m_rawinput" cvar, when set to 1 it will use raw input and when 0 it will use the older method. The default will be 0.
