We have now service reported your monitor as a DOA with RMA number : XXXXXXXXXXXX
DOA means we will perform an "On-Site Exchange" where a swap on-site will be done where possible. If this is not possible at the address you've given us, a swap unit will be sent out to you by mail with a freight label for you to return the unit to us. In some rare conditions you may have to return the unit prior to receiving a new one in exchange. The swap unit will be a new factory unit.
Normal service period is 10 working days + transports. Occasionally this period can extend due to other circumstances (public holidays, no units in stock, etc.)
