Valve släppte inatt en ny uppdatering till Counter-Strike som huvudsakligen blir startskottet för den femte Premier-säsongen. Med uppdateringen kom efterlängtade nya föremål i Armory-butiken, nya kartor, samt ett nytt sätt att förhålla sig till bomben på.
När bomben nu exploderar så beräknas inte skadan som görs oberoende av hur kartan ser ut. Istället kommer bombens explosion nu bete sig på ett sätt som liknar explosiva granater som också tar hänsyn till kartans geometri.
Alltså kan du nu hitta nya platser på kartan där du överlever en explosion tack vare att du kan gömma dig bakom väggar. För att hjälpa till med det här har en liten mätare lagts till under HP-mätaren för att illustrera hur mycket bombskada du förväntas ta.
