The wait is over — tonight, the First Person Lover Challenge by Björn Borg kicks off. Four teams are standing on the starting line to fight for the 50,000 SEK prize pool, where the winners get 80 percent of the sum. The participants consist of none other than the Pantamera Challenge champions of fnatic, the MLG X Games gold medalists in EnVyUs, the recently rebuilt HellRaisers and the last-minute-team LGB eSports. The latter will replace NiP Gaming, who due to personal reasons had to cancel their participation.

The tournament is played with a double elimination bracket, where the first round is played best of one map whilst the rest of the tourney is played best of three. There will be six games in total, between 10 and 14 maps, that will be played during Tuesday and Wednesday. Tonight's schedule gives us the first round as well as the first games of winner and loser bracket.

This whole tournament is hosted by Fragbite and will feature a broadcast steered by the same people who are behind the highly beloved Fragbite Masters production. On the microphones to comment the tournament we find the RoomOnFire duo Anders Blume and Auguste "Semmler" Massonnat.
We also want to thank Björn Borg for making this tournament possible, and through it they want to show us their new game called First Person Lover. The game is like a first person shooter — but with a twist. By controlling your character, who is equipped with the latest Björn Borg underwear accessories, you are supposed to spread the love by using different kind of weapons. By using "The Kiss Gun", "Bubble Blasters" or the "Teddy Grenade" you are guaranteed a 100% love filled gaming experience.
