Information
The 2021 Elisa Invitational tournament is now on its Winter edition, featuring teams from the Nordic region together with some notable teams in the world who will clash and fight for the $100,000 prize pool.
The tournament will be running from the 8th of November through the 5th of March lets find out who will be hail as the year-ending tournament champion of the Elisa Invitational
Format
The tournament will begin with regional qualifiers from these three Nordic regions (Finland, Norway, and Sweden) and will be playing in the single-elimination best-of-three series, the winners of each region will proceed in the Online Stage of the main event.
Online Stage is composed of Sixteen teams where only the top eight teams of this group will proceed to the final stage, all matches are played in round-robin best-of-three series.
Online Playoffs will be played in single-elimination best-of-three series and the top 4 teams will advance and play for the LAN finals.
The group stage of the main event will be played in GSL format composed of two groups of four, each group's initial matches and winner's matches are played in the best-of-one series while elimination and decider matches are played in the best-of-three series.
Playoffs will be played in single-elimination best-of-three series.
