The tournament will feature 16 teams from all across EU & CIS and will duke it out starting 23rd of July.

Group Stage
- 16 teams into 4 groups
- GSL format
- The initial & winners' matches are Bo1
- All losers' & decider matches are Bo3
- The top two teams from each group advance to the Playoffs
