The final started on Dust2, Flowskola:s map pick. The game started of with a dominant display by Flowskola, who looked unbeatable. The Swedes won fourteen of the first fifteen rounds when they ran over SJ Gaming on the t-side. Sj won their pistol round on the t-side but Flowskola won the second round, making the score 15-2. Just when the game looked to be done, Sj started their come back. Sj, with Tony "arvid" Niemelä showing the way, won eleven straight rounds, taking the score to 15-13. Even though Sj looked very good on the t-side, Flowskola closed the game down. 16-13 to Flowskola.

The second map of the day was Overpass. Sj started on the t-side and won the first five rounds. Flowskola then came back with seven consecutive rounds. The teams looked even and took a few rounds from each other. The Finns took themselves to a 12-10-lead towards the end, but Flowskola didn’t want to lose. The Swedes got themselves fifteen rounds. Sj stepped up and took the score to 15-14. The Finns had the over time in their own hands before the last rounds since they had a full buy. The Swedes forced up and did a fast long-round, surprising the Finns on bombsite A. 16-14 to Flowskola who are the winners of Fragleague Top Division Season 5, taking the first place prize money of 100 000 SEK, meanwhile Sj recieves 50 000 SEK for their second place finish.
