Xplore LAN in Levanger, Norway has begun. The CS-tournament is well under way, and teams like Stellar and Out Of Reach (id.showtime) are participating.
Four teams were seeded
1. Stellar
2. Out Of Reach
3. Colition
4. LeS #1 (Proformance)
All of these four top-teams won their first 3 matches easily, and moved on to the WB-semifinals. LeS #1 met Stellar on de_cbble, and lost both pistolrounds. They still managed to get 6 rounds overall, and lost 16-6. A respectable result.
In the other semifinal, Out of reach were matched up against Colition. Colition never managed to pull the important rounds out, and lost. Colition was now matched up against the surprise-team LeS #2 in the LB-quarterfinals. LeS #2 played well, but never got a hold of Colitions terror-tactics. Colition was now in the LB-semifinals. LeS #1 met underdogs Sylvester Fanclub, this match also on de_cbble. This would go on to be an amazing match. LeS #1 started as CT, and won 11-4. When they switched sides, SFC managed to win the gunround, and the two follow-ups. The fourth round was also theirs, and the next LeS-eco. Later on, at the score 15-14 in favor of SFC, RemedY from LeS #1 was 1on1 with a planted bomb on the B-bombsite. With 24 healthpoints, he managed to kill the opponent, and the match went into overtime. Strong play from drowsap and blade on A-site, and nice awping from me, froztbite, on B-site, made LeS #1 win 3-0 as CT. LeS pulled a A-split in their first round as terrorists, and 2 kills from blade and froztbite made them win the round. They were now facing Colition on cpl_mill. This would also prove to be a tense match. 8-7 in the first half in favor of Colition was the score, and LeS was now forced to win gunround as terrorists, if they wanted to have a chance. They did, and won the next 4 rounds as well. But that was the end of the terroist-reign. Colition, with great play from Sankt, GunSystem and Potte, won the next 8 rounds straight, and are now in the LB-finals.
LeS #1 placed 4, and LeS #2 placed 5.
