digifest fall 2011 is new BYOC event, which takes place 28 to 30 october. The main games are Counter-Strike 1.6 and StarCraft 2. Both tournaments will be live-streamed with commentators.


There will be staff members who will speak Estonian, English and Russian.

Tournament Format


The tournament will be double elimination. Matches are BO3, semifinals are BO5 and finals BO7.

There will be interviews with the players. Separated areas for players where only players and staff can access. There will be special area for spectators and guests. Guest pass for the event is for free.


Tournament itself will start 29th october in the morning. You should be at the event already at 28th october for setting up your PC and getting briefed for the whole event. Detailed times will be revealed soon.


Registering

Until 10.10.2011 the ticket price is 20 EUR, after 10.10.2011 ticket price is 25 EUR. The tournament will take place in Tallinn University of Technology. Payments are made only by bank transactions or paypal. The payment options are on the digifest website. There will be no tickets sold at the door. Registering to the event ends 25th october 23:59 gmt+3 (Estonian time).


Maximum players for StarCraft 2 tournament is 128.

PC renting form will come online on digifest website soon. One PC renting will cost 20 EUR and lasts whole event. If anything happens to the rented PC during the event, you are responsible.


Alcohol


Bringing alcohol to the event is not allowed. At the event there is a bar where you can buy alcohol, but you must drink it inside the bar. You cant come with the drinks to the PC's. Ofcourse you must be 18+ years old to buy alcohol.
