Hello, I'm writing here because i'm desperate for help. Ever since I bought this computer, it has done nothing but giving me headaches because it refuses to work correctly.
These are the problems I encounter on a daily basis.
Problem 1: My games crashes, without an error message, except for the usual "x has stopped working"
Problem 2: I sometimes encounter bluescreens when i'm in the middle of playing.
Problem 3: My game just freezes and forces me to go onto my second monitor to bring up the task manager and shut it down that way.
What i've done to try to fix these problems:
Swapped out basically EVERYTHING in my computer, piece of piece.
1. First I swapped out my current GTX 970 to a GTX 660.
2. I swapped out my RAM sticks.
3. I swapped out my Motherboard.
4. I swapped out my CPU
5. I swapped out my PSU.
I even contacted the firm that I bought the computer from. THREE times and sent in the parts, they did not find the problem any of these times.
First time I sent in my motherboard, cpu and RAM sticks. They discovered that my CPU were faulty, so they replaced it on warranty.
Second time I sent in the same parts as earlier, but with my PSU. They didn't find anything, but my Motherboard got destroyed on the way there, so I had to buy a new one.
Third time I sent in my whole computer, they did not encounter any of the problems that I mention here, but they suggested that they could replace the PSU on warranty, even
though they didn't find the problem.
Other things i've tried:
Reinstalling my Operative system multiple times.
Running with only one SSD instead of one SSD and three HDDs.
Assembled my computer out of case so I could rule out the fact that my Chassi maybe were short circuiting my computer. (Long shot, but still.)
My brother is running the same windows that i'm using and he experiences none of these problems.
Please, please. Help me.
