Force gt 120gb ssd

Hallå fragbite!
kopierar bara vad jag skrev från en annan tråd för jag är så trött!
I have currently 2 120gb force gt ssd but I have a couple of questions..
I am currently running with a asus p8p67 motherboard (UEFI) and I was wondering if I could make those 2 to a raid0, if so, how?
Also.. Why is the benchmarks so different, and why are they so low?
It says that the speed is supposed to be 555 mb/s reading speed and 515 mb/sec writing speed.. but I can't even reach 200 writing speed.. anyone got a clue?

My comp setup is:
i5 2500k 3.3 ghz
8 gig ddr 1600 mhz corsair vengeance
2x corsair force gt 120gb
2x geforce n560gtx-ti twin frozr 2 gb
