nån som kan över sätta detta till svenska hittade de på steam's forum
Över sätt det til svenska och lägg upp den igen annars ni som kan engelska läs detta
kan vara fixet till att ni blir auto bannade :D
Yo heres the solution to fix steam friends Please follow these Guidlines in detail and only do so if you think you have the right amount of knowledge to do so, here we go in Steaps as follows:
1) Exit Steam
2)Go into C:\Program Files\Steam\config (Directory)
3) You will find TWO files at the bottom called
userdata_(numbers) and another one but with different numbers.
E.G are userdata_1234567.VDF
userd ata_2345678.VDF
They arn't named this exactly this is just for an example NEXT STEP!
4) Open both of the userdata_numbers.VDF Documents
5) Look at the writing inside each one of the documents which ever one has the more writing meaning your correct friends list Close this and Do NOT Edit.
6) Therefore the other userdata_numbers.VDF File you have open which has hardly any writing in must be deleted, by Simply closing the document and right click the document and Delete!.
To View the Documents you have to right click them and Click Open with (either notepad or Word) I recommend using Notepad.
Then Restart Your pc Login into Steam and Click Sign in if it doesn't work at first just keep Clicking until it says Singing in and then should work.

Guys You need to make sure you follow the steps carefully
and also after you have restarted your PC r Steam either one You need to press Sign in on your friends around 10 times and it Will work trust me . It may take a while like it did for me took 4mins or so just now but also leave it as it is then try in the morning when there is less bandwidth usage on the Steam Servers thanks for reading.
