How to know it's connected to him;
#1 Go to Steamrep.com
#2 Go to the searchbar and type; U:1: and then one of the userdata numbers that are in his linesman-archive.zip that you can download from the ESL match linked above
#3 Now when you've written U:1: and any userdata you'll find the different account
#4 You can now see which is vac-banned or not.
IMPORTANT; The only way these different userdata accounts can be connected to his linesman-archive on ESL is if he played on them. That means, he has two different vac-banned accounts in CS:GO.
Explaination; This is a very easy method to find old vac-banned accounts and been one of the primary ways of doing so with other players like Crityourface. This DATA comes from ESL's own anti-cheat system and logfile system.
