startup error! - could not start the anti cheat module.

Been searching this forum for like 1 hour now, still no help found, so i decided to make my own thread.
Im using w7 64-bit
windows firewall deactivated
cs-go launchoptions : -high -console -freq -threads 4

Allways get the message "startup error! - could not start the anti cheat module" when i try to start cs-go with eac running.

Things ive tried:
-Rebooting
-Downloading eac and removing it again and again
-running eac as administrator
-Running steam as administrator
-Disabled UAC
-Restarting my internet (to get new ip adress)
-pressing ok on the failure message and restarting cs-go again and again

I have asked all my steam friends, and no one seems to know what the issue is...
I really need your help guys!
