Ultimate FPS CONFIG?

Nu är jag fan trött på detta med fps. har läst åtfalliga fpsguider, installerat win2k,winxp,win2k3server,win98 ,winme,winlonghorn m.m. Testat ett 10-tal drivers till grafikort och moderkort. Lagt ihopa alla fpsconfigs som skrivits i trådar. men ändån har jag aldrig över 50fps. tycker det ska gå o få minst 80fps me min data. 2.5ghz Intel Celeron, Asus P-800-X, 512mb ram(orginal), ASUS ATI Radeon 9550 128mb. Intergreat ljudkort och nätverkskort. och för er som vill veta min fps config är den följande
