- I've been thinking about the quote "I'm not awesome because I'm different, I'm different because I'm awesome" a lot lately and I've been thinking about saying it. However I'm not sure if it's true.
- You should say it anyways, it's a really awesome quote!
- See, that's how I'm different from you. You just spew out anything you think sounds cool or pleases one to say, without contemplating whether or not it actually means anything or holds true. Does this make me awesome? Hardly. Being different from the likes of you is like being a star amongst planets, or even just space rubble. Am I instead different from you because I'm inherently awesome? No. I'm different from you because I have any sense of respect for my own intelligence and the truth. Am I inherently awesome then? I don't know and I don't care. I don't take interest in such banal things.
