Hej skulle behöva hjälp att gör en text som är "informal" till formal


Texten lyder så här.
This is about the holidays this year. You know, you remember the discussion we had the other week?, don't you? Well, that was when we said that we were gonna have some rules here. So, you can't just say :I wanna have all of July off. Cause that's not fair. We can't take all July off! No, you gotta think of the others too, you know. So, the new thing is taht we all have to tell the boss when we wanna be off you know. So he can check what ebverybody would like and see if it's gonna work out. So we need a list or something and everybody can put their name by the weeks they want and then the boss can figure out what to do. But it's gotta be fair, so I reckon that the guys who've been here longest get to choose first, you know.
