Här är en intressant artikel om cs vs bf2 :P
It was GameSpy reader Matthew 'SuperBitch' Pratt who first noticed it and dropped us an email. For years GameSpy has listed the most popular online games, by players currently on the servers, on our front page and on our stats page. We can track any game that uses GameSpy technology which at this point is most online PC games with the exception of MMOGs and the player counts represent how many people are on the game servers regardless of how they connected.
Since we started tracking those statistics, for something like the last six years Half-Life has been on the top of the heap. Thanks mostly to Counter-Strike, Half-Life has often had four times as many players as the next most popular game. Recently it's been sharing the spotlight with Half-Life 2. But then, last night at about 7 PM Pacific time, Battlefield 2 supassed the mighty Half-Life. As I write this HL has resumed the top position, but the games are very close.
Unfortunately, consecutive user stats for massively multiplayer games like EverQuest or World of Warcraft are generally closely guarded secrets so we don't have a good basis of comparison to see how these games stack up overall.
BF2 Ftw!
BTW kolla CS mot HL2(HL och HL2 :P)
