Tjenare fragbite,


Jag skulle behöva lite hjälp med en banktransaktion. Jag la tidigare upp min gamla MacBook på blocket och på något vis var det en svensk tjej från London som ville köpa den.


Nu ska jag skicka den osv och så fick jag ett brev ifrån hennes bank, RBS, om hur jag ska gå tillväga för ett "säkert onlineköp". Jag förstår inte riktigt vad jag ska göra och därför vänder jag mig nu till er.


Här är brevet jag fick från hennes bank, förutom lite kontonummer och lite annat som stod i kolumner högst upp i brevet.
