Engelska Uppgift! Hjälp!

Hej alla fragbiters.
Nu är det så att jag och min kompis har en engelska uppgift, och vi har lite problem. Vi ska skriva en uppgift på engelska om kommunen som ska innehålla 300-400 ord, och det ska vara klart i morgon! Skulle vara tacksam om någon kunde hjälpa oss med detta. Vi har har skrivit runt 100 ord redan, och dom kommer här!
"The Community decides everything in the communities area, If they get an question about to get a library or anything else to this communities area, they need to request that question to the people who lives in the communities area and if they want to have the library and then will the community will build it. The community is taking care of how the communities looks like. They decides whether there should be schools, nurseries, gardens and how they should look. To get the school, half of the communal council need to say yes to get a school or something. If they have any festivals or organisations they donate money to poor countries. Community does they best they can to get better population in the city, how the city looks and how
it´s gonna look in the future."
