I have a problem with my computer, im experiencing huge lag spikes, or the game just freezes randomly.


I have theese problems with every game, even minecraft.


Im starting to get really annoyed cause it causes my gameplay. I have huge lagspikes in almost every game im playing atm, and the games are: LoL, Minecraft, Arma II, HoN, Counter Strike and so on.


My FPS is perfect and its not that, i stable fps in like LoL etc, im not lagging like that.
It takes like 5-10 minutes for google chrome to open correctly after i restarted my computer, it is really weird. And everything is running slow if i try to enter a folder or something like that.


Here are my computer specs, i think my computer should be able to run theese games lol:
4G RAM
Intel i5-2310 CPU @ 2.90 GHz (4 CPU)
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 560 (1920x1080 screen)


I have no idea what causes this problem, so please help me with some suggestion or a fix to this problem.
