Jag hittade ett svar på vad jag skulle göra för att fixa det,
To anyone who looks at this question in the future, I found a way to solve the question myself.
First, go to the control panel and get into your sound properties.
Next, go to the audio tab and select volume in the recording section.
Then, Mute everything except Balance and the Line volume.
Finally, go to Skype and do a test call to the Echo service and you should notice the problem is solved.
