The Big Bang Discussion

Everything emerged from The Big Bang, our star Sol, my eyebrows, your lost shoe, you get it.
The Big Bang released materia into nothing, anti-materia. It was an epic battle and materia won, continued to expand and created all sorts of funny stuff. That is what we think we know.
But all the stuff that The Big Bang were, must have been scattered in the first place, in order to have been gathered as a dense ball right? It doesn't really make any sense in saying that The Big Bang was this compact chunk of materia, forever waiting to pop.
What was before The Big Bang? Nothing Stephen Hawking says, time and space did not exist. It's almost as if he is saying that the Big Bang is like a seed, planted as a finished product.
Then someone must have planted the seed right? Before you ask, i do not believe in God or any other human made beliefs.
