Vem får Fenerbaches plats i CL?

Efter att Fenerbache blivit relegerad från CL-spel så poppar det upp det ena efter det andra.
Bl.a. att om Arsenal misslyckas med att kvalificera sig, så kan Liverpool komma att ta Arsenal plats i CL (eller m.a.o. Fenerbaches plats), om Arsenal däremot kvalificerar sig så har England sin kvot med 4 lag redan, och då får något att ta över.
Tycker det hela låter väldigt märkligt.

Just hearing Liverpool could be in the Champions League as a result of Fenerbahce being expelled. When a team is expelled UEFA may give the place to the team with the highest co-efficient not currently in Europe. However - no nation can have more than four teams in the Champions League so all may rest on Arsenal losing? Trying to get confirmation."
UEFA ska komma med ett "statement" 20:30 om hur det blir.
