First of all we from Adrenaline would like to thank Snajdan for his time in the team.
Our opinion of this situation is that matters such as this should be taken care of between the people involved, and not discussed in the open with the community, since the only people who will ever really know how things went down are the members of the team and their organisation. But since Snajdan chose not to respect this, we feel the need to explain our side of the story.
As a member of proffesional counter-strike team nowadays, everyone who plays in it will have to sacrifice some time with their friends,girlfriends and family, and if you want to stay on top during the entire season you will probably also have to spend a few hours a week during the summer also. This is something that every member of Adrenaline knows, and agreed to when they chose to play with us, since we all want the same thing.
Adrenaline as a organisation strives to make it possible for their players to live off counter-strike, and since there are alot of teams out there and not that many tournaments around at the moment, one must take every oppertunity to win money in order to make it possible for the players to keep on playing. The playoffs in SEL are therefor very important. The reason for Snajdan´s departure from the team was based alot on his dicission in this matter, since he knew in advance which date he was busy, which date the SEL finals where and how important it was for his team to be able to attend this event. we do not feel the need to go into further details, all we can say is that we gave Snajdan the oppertunity to do his part as a member in the team, and he chose not to. And therefor we can not continue working together since we obviously dont agree on what is the right thing to do in this situation.
