Play eSports-laget lämnar organisationen

1
The last weeks the players in the Playesports team have been rather inactive.
People in the community have asked questions like: "When will we see the Team in action?", "When will they play their first official match?".

The reason behind this is that we have had internal problems regarding promises given to the players which did not happen.
Therefore we had a lot of frustration from the players concerning this matter.

We will not name any of the people/companies who have yet to fulfill their commitments, but I can say that I and some of the guys working in the crew have been working very hard to find a solution to that problem.

My opinion is, that the solution we have now come up with is even better than the cooperation with Playesports.
We have found a new home and especially business partner which both the players and the management is exited over.

This partner has already showed their success with high level teams on the e-Sports scene featuring one of the best Warcraft 3 Teams from Norway.
They have a very good organization structure and a lot of people working for them with years of experience on the eSports scene.

The partner I am addressing is known as Incredible Teamaction.
Featuring their main Office in Hamburg (Germany) and the head "Martin Szulecki" (CEO) aka 'Hardlife'.
Some might recognize him from working with teams like [se] NiP.

We expect some positive changes for us and our fans which will first of all show up with our now official website at www.clan-it.net which is going to get a complete new "layout" around the end of February, featuring a space for you competing in Tournaments and other exciting new additions.
We also switching the IRC Channel to #clan-it now so we will meet you there from now on!

Further information will be given to the fans trough various community websites around the globe and of course on IRC.

We hope it will make you happy and give you the opportunity to satisfy your needs!

One of the most important things for the players and me as Manager, was to get these gun-shooting-talents of ours to events.
This and the broken promises we have been given were the main reason for breaking up the existing cooperation with Playesports.

Since we now already have dates setup together with Incredible Teamaction where we will appear to win, the decision was easy for the players and the crew.

Resulting changes will take effect immediately after this statement is official.

To kick off with, can you please tell us briefly what's been going on since you joined the Play eSports organisation up until now?

The problem is really that there hasn't been much activity, promises regarding the financial support from Play eSports has not been upheld and therefore the players have not been able to bootcamp or prepare for upcoming events.

Ok, so now you're a part of Incredible Teamaction, how come? How did you get in contact with each other? Were there any other offers?

Yeah, we are very excited with getting the opportunity to join this organization, first of all we are set to go on two events here in Norway, considering the fact that it is very important for the clan to show results both for the community with all its fans and the sponsors with their money and that the Incredible Teamaction org. shows us that they are real proffesionals.

What do you think will happen to Play eSports now? As I recall it was more than just a team.

All respect to the Play eSports organization, they have a lot of good ideas but if you don't put your money where your mouth is nothing much will happen. Any other questions concerning the Play eSports organization must be forwarded to mree.

What event will be your first? Where are your aims?

We will first of all attend WarpZone in Norway, our first chance of bootcamping and say hi irl. Next event will be The Gathering 04 and plans are being set to participate in European events. Our aims are clearly set on the bigger events like CPL and others, to get an consistent team and win some of them as well :)

Last time I wrote a news post about you, you had a five man team, now you're only four since it seems Xistenz has left you. Why is this? How far have you come in the process of recruiting a fifth player?

Xistenz stopped playing CS due to the fact that he wanted to spend more time with irl friends, he is also very active within sports and holds a black belt in karate so that's the reason why he left. We have been testing a player for some time, things has worked out fine with him and hopefully he joins up.

Finally, what are your thoughts about the new Norweigan CS-league, NCSL, are you considering to participate?

This is of course something that the players and management will decide together, but if the NCSL is a serious league with a lot of teams attending i can't see why we shouldn't.

Alright, that's about it. Thank you for your time and good luck in your new organisation. Is there anything that you'd like to add?

Would just like to thank all our fans for their continued support and that they will have much to look forward to :D And of course a BIG thx to Catch-Gamer for their support!
