Utöver spelarproblem har även lagets manager Glostik lämnat dem efter en del interna stridigheter. Med honom försvann även de två sponsorerna LANMadness och SerialKillerPC men TEC hälsar att de redan letar efter nya sponsorer och att fler sponsornyheter kommer mycket snart. Glostiks roll kommer en man vid namn Assasin att ta över. Assasin har tidigare arbetat med laget men tar nu ett steg upp i hierarkin.

There is just a few things I want to make official, whilst clarifying some confusion.
As you may know, A lot has been going on within the ranks of TEC. We've had a change in management, sponsorship, and some roster movements. Although I believe in a consistant team, changes were necessary with the well-being of the clan at stake.
We had a huge falling out during CPL, not only did it cause a lot of problems, as a result, we performed extremely bad at the biggest tournament of the year. The leadership of TEC now feels it is necessary to make changes within the team infrastructure so that we can rebound even stronger than before.
First and foremost is a change in Management. Some time after CPL, Laurent "glostik" Genin-Satah left because of undisclosed internal conflicts. We had already been working with someone else, and when he saw what happened with our previous manager, he decided to step up in his place. Joe "Assassin" Kosh, CEO of GamingCafes.com will be helping to run the team from here out forward. He has some great ideas in store for us, some of which will be going into affect VERY soon, so look out for some great new things within TEC.
With Glostik's departure, we've also dropped/lost the LANMadness & SerialKillerPC support. It's very unfortunate for us, but hopefully we can obtain even more reliable sponsors. I want to thank Robert at SerialKillerPC and ACRS for ALL of his help, he's a great guy and we loved working with him. If you're ever in the Dallas area, make sure to attend one of his monthly Lethal-Gamer events, they are great fun, and usually have great competition (www.lethal-gamers.com).
Moving on, as many of you also may know, Ash "Icesalmon" Mudaly recently left the team for Rival. His departure was predicted amongst TEC, and he left on some-what good terms with most of the team. It's unfortunate that we've lost a starter, but we wish his the best of luck with his future endeavors, and hope he can get everything out of Rival that he didn't from TEC.
To fill the small gap produced by icesalmon, we have recently picked a new friendly face, Andrew "Jubei" Mosley from notable clans such as BiO, and GX. Hopefully, we can begin melding our chemistry back into something far superior than what was displayed at CPL with his help. We're all excitied to have him onboard and can't wait to play with him more. With this roster movement, we hope to bring more consistancy to the team online and on LAN.
Lastly, We're saddened to announce that Alex "Jaden" Moore won't have time to actively participate in TEC's online activities. With his full time schooling and new business in the works, he doesn't have much time for online CS. Therefore, he will remain on the team, but may only participate at large LAN events.

Hopefully, we will be able to regain our composure shortly and return as an even more dominant force than we once were. Time will tell, Let's hope this time it's TEC's time to shine for GOOD.
