Orsaken till splittringen ska ha varit dålig kommunikation, missförstånd och även en ålderdomlig organisationsstruktur. De har nu moderniserat sin organisation och den är nu mer demokratisk än tidigare.
The gang is back together
Last night we had a really good meeting in Odense, where we solved the problems that caused the split Tuesday 15th. The reason for all this was misunderstandings and problems in communication over a period of time. When this exploded we all reacted emotional instead of rational and that really caused the split. Now these things has been solved and we have cleared out what had gone wrong and was misunderstood both ways. We have talked all those things said during this trough and therefore there are no hard feelings between anybody. Things said during the split were affected from the situation, and we have apologized to each other.
We have found out that we’re happier and stronger together than apart, on the same time we have found out that what had gone wrong was our organizational structure. We have developed a lot lately business wise, but have had an old fashion structure, so from now we will have a modern structure, which means that we will be working democratically, where everybody takes part in decisions and an equal share of power.

As some might notice we have also caught a new man, ReZen that is. Some might know Jesper Rezen from DCSU or GMC cuppen, from now on he will be part of the SoA crew and handle legal questions.
That we have found a happy ending to all this trouble, has got a lot to do with two persons: Sir Obie and Ginoboy – from BoomTown Odense. While most people made strong comments in this, they choose to step up and help creating a dialog. They made it possible for us to see things in a perspective, and therefor we have been able to solve our problems and clear out the misunderstandings. Further making a new structure that goes a lot better with our involvement with various businesses.
We hope people will see this as a very good ending and will keep on supporting us when we attend events here and there.
