After yet another evening filled with amazing CS:GO, Group E and F of Fragbite Masters by Com Hem were settled. Clan-Mystik and Universal Soldiers came out on top in their respective groups, with Astana Dragons and n!faculty joining them in the second group stage.
After the first round, both Group E favourites advanced to the winner's match. There, the ESWC 2013 champions Clan-Mystik managed to overcome the CIS superteam of Astana Dragons with a comfortable 16-4-result. The win secured the frenchmen a spot in the second groupstage, whilst the Dragons had to face Wizards of Spain, who defeated E-Frag in the loser's match. The final battle of the group was somewhat one-sided when Astana managed to clinch the last RO16-slot with a 16-6 score.
Played simultaneously with Group E, the impossible-to-predict Group F started off with the highly anticipated battle of the poles. As expected, Universal Soldiers were the ones to reach 16 rounds to advance to the winner's match, where WE GOT GAME were waiting after a comfortable win against the newly renovated danish n!faculty squad. Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas' Soldiers were then able to secure the win of Group F with a 16-12 result at the same time as MYM got eliminated by n!faculty.

Compared to the opening round of the group, the never-to-be-underestimated danish team showed a drastic change of pace in the battle against the frenchmen of WE GOT GAME, winning the map in overtime. That being said, n!faculty join Universal Soldiers, Clan-Mystik, Astana Dragons and the previous advancing teams in the round of 16.

Now, Fragbite Masters by Com Hem's CS:GO tournament gos into a six day break. We will be back the 26th of November to determine the last two groups of the first group stage, and after DreamHack Winter 2013 we'll see the second group stage take place. In other words, we still have a lot of amazing CS:GO matches to enjoy.
