Hej! Sedan den sista patchen som anet släppte så har jag haft problem med min client.
1) Jag startar clienten
2) Kommer till login-screen
3) Det tar emellan 2-15 sekunder och följande händer:

http://www.ladda-upp.se/bilder/igvjmblvphsvy/
http://www.ladda-upp.se/bilder/szlgwkoeqhyydc/

Thanks for contacting us.
In order to investigate this issue, I need to gather some basic information from your game and system.
First, if you are experiencing crashes that are prompting you to send a report to ArenaNet:
Hold down the Windows button on the keyboard and hit the R key.
Paste in the following line: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2
Click “Ok.”
Locate the "Arenanet.log" (If present) and attach it to your reply.
Additionally, in order for us to better assist you with this issue, please run our Game Advisor application. The Game Advisor will provide us with helpful information about your system and Internet connection.
To run Game Advisor, please perform the following steps:
If you are using a router, hub, or switch, please disconnect this device and connect directly to your modem before running the utility. You may need to reboot your modem and/or computer to reestablish your Internet connection. If it isn't possible to run directly from your modem due to your network setup, please run Game Advisor with the router connected as the information it provides still will be useful.
To download Game Advisor, go here: http://us.ncsoft.com/gameadvisor
When prompted, save the file to your Windows "Desktop" so that you can access it easily. Please save the file before running it; running from the website can cause file issues.
Double-click on the Game Advisor file and then click on the icon for Guild Wars 2.
Click on the "Test Computer and Connection" button and please wait a few minutes while the process completes.
Once the process completes, a "Test Result" window will appear. This window will provide you with a link to update your ticket as well as tell you where the diagnostic report is saved. You also can view the report file.
Please update your ticket and attach the Game Advisor report. Once we receive it, we'll have a better idea of how to resolve your issue.
Regards,

Hey Robin,
Just looked over your ticket in regards to the issue you are experiencing after the latest patch update. I'd like to try to troubleshoot this issue with you so we can try and get this fixed. First I'd like for you to try and re-install your drivers. Follows the steps below to do this:
Download a GPU driver uninstaller. (http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/dis … nload.html)
Restart your computer and boot in Safe Mode.
Run the GPU driver uninstaller.
Once it is done, restart Windows normally.
Install the current version of GPU drivers for the brand of GPU in the system.

Hi Robin,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I have found that there is a conflicting Lavasoft software on your PC, I looked at the game advisor report you sent us and found the software "Web Companion" installed, here's the path to the program " C:\Program Files (x86)\Lavasoft\Web Companion\Application\WebCompanion.exe".
Please uninstall or disable this software and let us know if this helps.
Regards,
GM Senpai

Thanks for getting back to us.
Please try using the instructions below to prevent background applications from automatically starting with Windows as this can often causes issues like the one you reported. Please note, this process will not uninstall any applications from your computer (just prevent these applications from automatically starting when Windows boots up).
To do this:
Press and hold the Windows key and then hit the R key. This should bring up the Run dialog box.
Type "MSCONFIG" without the quotes, and click "OK." This should open the System Configuration Utility.
Click on the "Services" tab and check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" check box near the bottom, then click the "Disable All" button (You MUST click "Hide all Microsoft Services" to avoid deactivating essential programs).
Next go to the "Startup" tab and click the "Disable All" button.
Once these items are all disabled, click the "OK" button and you will get a prompt to restart your computer. Please restart your computer.
Once you return to Windows, please try connecting to the game again.
To reverse these settings, simply run MSCONFIG again and click "Normal Startup" on the first window labeled "General."
Note: If you need a specific application to run upon Windows startup but still want to use MSCONFIG, just follow the above instructions and on step 4, re-check any application you feel needs to start with Windows. Examples would be wireless connection software, mouse or keyboard applications or even security applications. Please note that security applications can often be a contributing factor to issues such as the one you are experiencing. If you haven't done so already, please also temporarily disable any Anti-virus, Firewall or other security applications for testing purposes. While we do not recommend running your machine without a security application, should disabling the software help resolve your issue we can reinstall it and work to configure the application so it doesn't cause problems.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any additional issues, questions, or concerns.
Regards,
DeathStar Afro
