A very sad day for CS. pic.twitter.com/CCz3DveMaI

Team Liquid-coachen peacemaker reagerade ganska ledsamt:
I don't really know what to think, what a terrible way to start the day.. what has valve just done to my job..
— Luis Peacemaker (@Liquid_peace) 17 augusti 2016
Just saw the new coaching rule changes by valve, why?!?!?!?!?!
— Jacob Mourujärvi (@pythCS) 17 augusti 2016
NBK från EnVyUs reagerade starkt:
One more joke happening. It's like they try to go farther each year, until one day we will use the Warcraft mode in tournaments. Fuck that !
— Nathan Schmitt (@nV_NBK) 17 augusti 2016
It's so sad, but it will come to a point when teams will stop playing in tournaments following those rules. Way to go guys, keep it up!
— Nathan Schmitt (@nV_NBK) 17 augusti 2016
@csgo_dev Is this the time when all the teams Decline to play in Major, and any other tournament with such rules? Coach in CS is essential.
— VP TAZ (@g5taz) 17 augusti 2016
I mean obviously Valve knows more about the professional part of CS than the players? Who are they consulting? Who is making these decisions
This is why u dont talk to VALVE at majors anymore - its no point
— Olof Kajbjer (@olofmCS) 17 augusti 2016
That's sad but true.. https://t.co/laq1GeMeZt
— VP TAZ (@g5taz) 17 augusti 2016
@olofmCS true true
— Spencer Martin (@Liquid_Hiko) 17 augusti 2016
Även Virtus.pro-coachen kuben blir irriterad på Valve:
Wtf is Valee doing again..? Been talking to them at last major, but there is no point anymore. They do what they want..
Worse than the idea to me is the fact that... Once again... what should ideally be "cooperation" is actually "We decided this, so gl hf."
— Mathieu Quiquerez (@Maniac_CSGO) 17 augusti 2016
Kommentatorn och profilen Semmler kommer med en
högst intressant slutsats:
Well then, RIP Navi, NiP, Faze, Dignitas etc. This new rule limiting a coach's involvement in the rounds will be painful...
— Semmler (@OnFireSemmler) 17 augusti 2016
With so many teams relying on a coach as IGL, this could split the scene. Teams like SK will be fine with this ruling, others not so much
— Semmler (@OnFireSemmler) 17 augusti 2016
The team most fucked by the coaching ruling is Na`Vi.
— Thorin (@Thooorin) 17 augusti 2016
So many teams shaped their rosters around having a coach, does NaVi replace Zeus if starix can't be the IGL? Don't think so.
— Janko Paunovic (@YNkCSGO) 17 augusti 2016
I will be not surprised if i'll just wake up and see the news by volvo: "players not allowed to speak with each other during freeze time"
— Denis Kostin (@seizedwf) 17 augusti 2016
Really starting to wonder what it's going to take for players to finally realize that together they have a voice. Now the time to use it.
— Sadokist! (@Sadokist) 17 augusti 2016
Interesting to see ESL be so for this, considering players from teams in WESA are publicly complaining. More proof players still have no say
— Sadokist! (@Sadokist) 17 augusti 2016
That said I can't offer much more sympathy, as players still seem to think their tweets will make more difference than a union...
— Sadokist! (@Sadokist) 17 augusti 2016
Fnatic-spelaren wenton håller med Sadokist:
Completely agree. This shows what influence WESA and thereby players have... https://t.co/dx4UMNv6Dl
— John Eriksson (@wentonCS) 17 augusti 2016
Players position should be simple: player union demand coach to stay as it is. You rather adapt or change all teams. But we are weak. Dream.
— Gabriel FalleN T. (@FalleNCS) 17 augusti 2016
Ps: we have no plans to add coach. I will still fight for those who want or need it.
— Gabriel FalleN T. (@FalleNCS) 17 augusti 2016
I can understand why some teams are upset, but I much prefer the IGL / 5-man team over having an extra person dictate how they play.
— Jamie (@z1n0) 17 augusti 2016
Hopefully no tournaments will endorse these rules in the coming months since the next major is in January. They have time to regret :-)
— Nicolai Reedtz (@dev1ce) 17 augusti 2016
